【上門安裝登記】
1. 上門安裝時，師傅會收取安裝費用。
2. 師傅會評估安裝單位的水壓情況，如日間水壓超過 80 psi，會建議客人加設減壓器，這會額外收取港幣 $200一個。如水壓正常，則不需收此額外收費。
3. 如安裝單位沒有基本裝置 (如:曲尺掣)，師傅會按實際情況收費(曲尺掣收費港幣$200 一個)，甚至取消該日安裝，直至客人另行通知。
4. 如客人於安裝當天才通知取消安裝，會額外收取港幣 $150 行政費。如安裝日期有任何更改，請盡早通知師傅。

【保養細則】
1. 產品由購買日當天開始，保養三年。三年產品保養包括所有3M原廠配件〈濾頭、喉管、分流器、水龍頭、閘掣〉；如任何自行外加配件及其導致原廠配件損毀，均不在保修範圍之內。
2. 保養期內可獲免費檢修或更換問題配件服務，而該服務只適用於用戶自行將問題配件送交3M公司或3M特約分銷商處理，同時請出示機身編號及收據發票正本。技術人員檢查及核實後，組件會以舊換新形式更替。更換後產品仍會以購買日為準繼續保養，直至保養期屆滿為止。
3.在正常環境使用下，保養產品的材料品質須合符出廠時之品質規格。
4. 3M 保證客戶可在購買濾水系統當天開始三年內能繼續購買相關濾芯，日期會以購買日開始計算。
5. 購買日起三年內如3M公司不能提供相關濾芯，3M公司會免費為用戶更換同等濾水系統乙套〈不包括濾芯〉。
【不納入保養的範圍】
1. 產品在正常使用情況下自然的耗損。
2. 濾芯已注水及使用。
3. 定期檢查濾水系統或更換濾芯。
4. 任何安裝或保養失當、人為損毀。
5. 產品的包裝及運輸費用。
6. 隨機附送的“贈品”。
【導致保用證失效的範圍】
1. 將產品放置於不適當的環境下（例如：置於爐具旁邊……）。
2. 超出該產品所能承受的限定能力或所能接受的運作環境。
3. 在安裝及使用時，不依照使用說明的指示所引致人為損壞或使用不當。
【使用須知】
1. 濾水系統需垂直安裝及擺放，以發揮正常效能。
2. 適用水溫：4.4°C – 37.8°C
3. 安裝完成後，濾水系統需連續沖水5分鐘，方可使用過濾水。
4. 當濾水系統閒置8小時或以上，建議沖水30秒才使用。
5. 濾水系統只適用於過濾常溫水，切勿過濾熱水而損壞濾芯。
6. 如懷疑水源受污染或未經消毒，請勿使用本產品。
7. 濾水系統及水管表面只可用清水濕布清潔，不建議自行拆開喉管清潔。
8. 當水流速度減慢時更換濾芯，建議每6至9個月更換濾芯一次，但視乎用水量及水質而異，濾芯最長使用期為12個月。
9. 若大廈清洗水缸，請暫停止使用濾水系統，並將清洗水缸後殘留在水管內的食水排走。當食水變回清澈後，方可使用經濾水系統處理的食水，否則會影響濾芯的壽命因而加快更換濾芯的速度。
10. 濾水系統不可放置於生火或爐頭旁。
11. 安裝及使用前，請先閱讀安裝及操作指引，避免因漏水而引致任何財物損失。
12. 本公司並不承擔任何因安裝或保養失當所造成之產品故障。

[Installation Registration]
1. The installation fee is collected after installation.
2. Technician will check the water pressure before installation. If the water pressure in daytime is over 80 psi, customer is recommended to install the flow restrictor (HK$200 per each) to reduce water pressure.
3. If the installation location water pipes connection is unusual (e.g. without angle valve), technician will have an additional charge (angel valve $200 each) according to the difficulties of the installation or may probably cancel the installation unless receiving customer’s further notice.
4. If you cancel the installation on the date of installation, you are required to pay additional HK$150 administration fee. Please inform the Technician earlier for the change of installation.

[e-Warranty Registration]
Thanks for purchasing 3M water filtration system. Please register online within one month after the date of purchase. Warranty starts after successful receipt of SMS notification.
[Warranty]
1. This warranty is valid for THREE YEARS from the date of purchase. This covers all 3M parts (filter head, tubing, diverter, faucet, water flow switch) only. Warranty will not be covered if there is any self-added accessories and lead to 3M parts damaged.
2. A free repair or replacement will be offered to the defective product during the warranty period. Given that customer should send the defective product to 3M Hong Kong office or authorized distributor of 3M Hong Kong. Serial number and original invoice receipt must be presented upon requesting the service. After inspection, parts will be replaced by a new one. Warranty period is always count from the date of purchase for 3-Year.
3. Product condition should be the same as product specification in proper use.
4. 3M guarantee customer can continue to purchase its replacement cartridge for 3-year after the date of purchase.
5. If customer cannot purchase its system replacement cartridge in the 3-year after the date of purchase, 3M will responsible to replace a similar water filtration system (cartridge is not included) free of charge.
[Out of Warranty]
1. Normal product depreciation.
2. Once the cartridge is filled with water or being used.
3. Regular product inspection and cartridge replacement.
4. Any improper installation or maintenance and man-made damage.
5. Product packaging and transportation fee.

[Failure of Warranty]
1. The filtration system is being installed near to fire or any heat sources.
2. The product usage is not within the product specifications and suggested conditions.
3. Not following our guideline while installing and using the filtration system.
[Instruction]
1. The filtration system must be mounted and positioned in vertical position for normal operation.
2. Operating Temperature: 4.4°C – 37.8°C
3. After first time installation, flush the system for 5 minutes before using the filtered water.
4. When the filtration system is idle for 8 hours or more, suggest to flush the system for 30 seconds before use.
5. The filtration system is only for filtering water at room temperature. Never filter hot water which can damage the cartridge.
6. Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or unknown quality without adequate disinfection
7. Please clean the surface of the filtration system and tubing with a damp cloth. It is not recommended to disassemble the system for cleaning.
8. Change the cartridge when the water flow becomes slow. Suggest to change the cartridge every 6-9 months. Maximum cartridge life time is 12 months yet may vary by water consumption and water quality.
9. In case of water tank cleaning for the whole building, please stop using the filtered water temporarily. Otherwise, this will shorten the life of cartridge and increase the frequency of cartridge replacement.
10. Install the filtration system away from fire and any heat source.
11. Before installation and use, please read the operating and installation instruction to avoid water leakage or improper use that may cause property damages.
12. 3M will not be liable for any system failure due to improper maintenance and installation.
